Clarity hearings for recall petition wording require rant-free specifics.

Recall petitions for James Bolger and for John R. Moolenar were rejected by clarity commissions. The recall petition language for Al Pscholka's, however, was accepted.  See language below

John R. Moolenaar as proven himself unfit to represent the people of the 36th Michigan Senate District. He voted for PA 4 of 2011, commonly known as the ‘Emergency Financial Manager law” or ‘Financial Martial Law,’ which grants to appointed Emergency Financial Managers power to invalidate, without court order, legal and binding contracts entered into by properly elected local authorities. He voted for tax increases upon retirees and low income families, but instead of addressing the deficit, supported huge new tax cuts for large corporations.”

“James P. Bolger has proven himself unfit to represent the people of the 63rd Michigan House District, or to lead the Michigan House. He lead the vote for PA 4 of 2011, commonly known as the “Emergency Financial Manager Law” or “Financial Martial Law”, which grants to State-appointed Emergency Financial Managers the power to invalidate, without court order, legal and binding contracts entered into by duly elected local authorities. He worked directly with Rick Snyder to promote bills that raise taxes upon retirees and lower income families, while cutting taxes on corporations and businesses. It is clear he does not work in the best interest of the people of Michigan, and must be fired.”
